The successful candidate for this post (DC6) will be employed full-time for a fixed-term of 36 months and enrolled on a PhD at the University of Bologna from 1st November 2024 to research and write a PhD thesis on Recovery of bioactive peptides from wastes for edible antimicrobial coatings formulations within Work Package 4 “Enhancing sustainability of bio-processes assisted with assessment tools”.
