Membrane Technologies for Water Treatment: From Fundamentals and Lab Practice to Full-Scale Implementation – 31 August – 4 September 2026

The EMS Summer School 2026 will take place at the University of Girona (Spain) and is organized under the umbrella of the Spanish ResearchNetwork on Membrane Science and Technology for Water Treatment (MEMBRANET). This network, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (MICIU) through the State ResearchAgency (AEI), is coordinated by the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and brings together 11 research groups from 7 universities and 3 research centers across Spain.

The UdG–LEQUIA team has solid experience in hosting international training activities, having successfully organized the 2023 SummerSchool on Membranes for Water Processes within the BIP Erasmus+ Programme.
